Two Paths To Explore

Campers choose between two adventure tracks: rock climbing with backpacking, or ropes course with outdoor survival. Climbing introduces technical equipment, knots, jumaring, and rappelling, while backpacking builds campcraft and navigation awareness. The ropes course develops confidence progressively, and survival sessions teach fire-building, shelter improvisation, water purification, and plant identification. Community service, cycling basics, and Helter Skelter add further depth to the experience.

Built For Safety

Safety is woven into every activity and daily routine. Camp Chiefs and instructors trained through NOLS, NIM, JIM, and HMI supervise all programs with a 1:6 adult-to-participant ratio, with additional female instructor support. Equipment meets international UIAA standards and is regularly audited. A resident doctor stays on campus, with an emergency vehicle on standby and the nearest hospital in Virajpet approximately 30 minutes away.

Camp Comforts

Campers stay in cozy rooms repurposed from an old bungalow, with attached washrooms cleaned regularly by staff. Boys and girls are housed separately. Participants choose their own roommates and are encouraged to keep their living spaces tidy, building habits of teamwork, consideration for others, and shared ownership of community spaces throughout their time at camp.

Fuel For The Day

Nutritious, balanced meals keep campers energised across full days of outdoor activity. Food is predominantly vegetarian, with eggs at breakfast and non-vegetarian options available four to five times. Jain meal requests are accommodated. Snacks and hydration reminders are provided regularly, mealtimes are closely supervised, and campers are encouraged to wash their own dishes and minimise food wastage.

The Road To Coorg

Departure from Bangalore is at 6:00 AM, with return by 10:00 PM on the final day. The eight-hour journey travels via Mysore Road through Channapatna, Mysore, Hunsur, and Virajpet to Kabinakadu. Participants travel by AC bus, transferring to non-AC MUVs for the final stretch. Outstation participants fly into Mangalore Airport, with Inme arranging transfers. Escorted travel is available at an additional charge of ₹2,000 per child.
